Refunds & Returns Policy

The reputation and the success of Centolella Enterprises LLC dba CJC Paralegal Services rests on making you happy with your service and/or purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase. 7-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Centolella Enterprises LLC or except as provided below, refunds on products only may be made if requested and approved by Centolella Enterprises LLC within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 7-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to a consult with company to ensure it meets your needs. Centolella Enterprises LLC is not able to process any refunds for 3rd party products or services and will have to reach out to them directly. All services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. The only time a full refund can be requested on a service-related product is if services have not been rendered at all within 7 days of purchase.
