Return and Shipping Policy
All educational products are shipped by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Returning items for even exchange due to damage from shipping or defective materials can be done by calling our office at 315-256-0601 or emailing email@example.com. All sales are final with CJC unless defective or damaged. Any refunds will be directed to the third party manufacture suppliers after all materials are returned in full and refunds will be issued by third parties, not CJC. Tax and Shipping charges apply on all orders accept service consults. Consult fees are not refundable and are delivered in person, video conference or by phone.
