Our New York notary services are offered three ways: You can book an appointment in our Main Auburn, NY Office, Order Mobile Notary Services and a notary comes to you, OR you can get notarized online from the comfort of your home or office using our Remote Online Notary platform of choice.
We provide notary/witness services for NY estate planning documents provided they are the correct NY form formats.
We strongly caution those using other DIY forms to make sure they comply with NY or your state's rules before executing signatures and notary services.
In addition, we offer NY Apostille authentication services and translation services used only for countries part of the Hauge Convention. We also offer loan signing services for the real estate industry.
Estate Planning Documents
Everyone over the age of 18 should have protection documents to protect their financial assets and health care rights. We offer our own DIY forms for New York Residents OR a full suite of estate planning services to include consultation, typing up documents, notary/witness appointment and packaging. Documents needed during a lifetime include Healthcare Proxys, Living Wills, Medical Directives, Power of Attorneys, and Living Trusts.
For after death, Last Will and Testaments, Revocable Trusts, Transfer Upon Death deeds and other special needs vehicles. For NY residents and businesses only.

Probate Services- Small Estates
Probate is a requirement upon death in New York unless a Revocable or Irrevocable trust is put in place to override this process. We can assist by walking you through the process with filing out the NY forms and with filing by paper or digitally through courts system, whether you have a will or not.
Small Estate Probate is for anyone who has $50k or less in assets when they are deceased. The probate process is over seen by the County Surrogate court where the person resided at death. It's important that you have the necessary protection forms in place, such as a Will, before death occurs. Having an up-to-date Last Will and Testament makes the probate process smoother for your loved ones left behind and for the courts to approve the fiduciary appointed to distribute your personal property as you intended. For larger estates or more complicated matters, we may refer you to an attorney in our network.

Real Estate Service Support
The real-estate industry has lots of moving parts to it. When it comes to planning and protecting your assets, many have questions regarding what to do with their homes. We offer support assistance with conducting property research, surveys or getting you updated abstract, typing up quit claim deeds w/ tax documents, transfer upon death deeds, or providing DIY landlord/property management consulting packages that include knowing what to do with tenants, typing up notices and evictions, performing notary services, court filings and process serving assistance.
We also offer other RE support services in the estate planning process or for probate services by assisting you directly or making referrals to our network of attorneys, financial institutions and real estate agents for loans or selling property.

*2 Witnesses are required for all documents and Notary can act as 1 witness for all documents except for the Will. The Notary notarizes the witnesses only for Wills. Extra fees apply if we are providing witnesses.
All TOD deeds require submitting copy of current deed, should be free of liens, and is limited to only the property, not other assets left to beneficiaries. TODD usually is done with Wills, not needed when you have a Trust.
A Trust replaces a Will and has more flexibility on the parameters.

We understand that people have different schedules and not always able to reach out during normal business hours. Our services are offered during 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday.
We give the option of calling the office or self-service to book a call or service online at your convenience. Our AI Assistant Tim will work with you to answer many questions that you may have and make sure you book or purchase properly. We advise when in doubt, just book a call to ensure proper advisement!
We use a secure client portal to track communications, trainings and courses, affiliate services and more.
We ask just for scheduling purposes to cancel at least 24 hours and no less than 2 hours before an appointment or call to better serve you and others and will fill your appointment spot with someone else who is waiting. We only issue refunds for any services that have not been rendered in any way and request was cancelled within 7 days. After 7 days, any refunds will be done on a pro-rated basis depending on setup fees, 3rd party expenses that have been ordered/issued or worked on. No refunds are issued for 3rd party services or products and must reach out to 3rd party to make any request and subject to their terms and usage.
