How can I schedule an appointment?

We understand that people have different schedules and not always able to reach out during normal business hours. Our services are offered during 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday.

We give the option of calling the office or self-service to book a call or service online at your convenience. Our AI Assistant Tim will work with you to answer many questions that you may have and make sure you book or purchase properly. We advise when in doubt, just book a call to ensure proper advisement!

We use a secure client portal to track communications, trainings and courses, affiliate services and more.

What is your cancellation policy and refund policy?

We ask just for scheduling purposes to cancel at least 24 hours and no less than 2 hours before an appointment or call to better serve you and others and will fill your appointment spot with someone else who is waiting. We only issue refunds for any services that have not been rendered in any way and request was cancelled within 7 days. After 7 days, any refunds will be done on a pro-rated basis depending on setup fees, 3rd party expenses that have been ordered/issued or worked on. No refunds are issued for 3rd party services or products and must reach out to 3rd party to make any request and subject to their terms and usage.
